What's included in the £3,148 starting fee?

The starting fee covers the digital scan, the 3D treatment plan, all aligners for the planned movements, attachments and IPR where needed, every progress visit through treatment, and a set of retainers at the end. Whitening top-up gel and fixed retainer cement are quoted separately if you choose them.

Why does Invisalign cost vary?

Two things drive the fee. First, how many aligners the case needs, which is set by how far the teeth have to move. Second, the system. We work with several modern aligner systems and pick the one that suits the case. Simpler cases run lower than the £3,148 starting figure on shorter systems; complex cases on longer plans run higher.

Are refinements included if my teeth need a bit more movement at the end?

Accepted Answer

Most patients need a short refinement run at the end of the main aligners to fine-tune the result. The first set of refinement aligners is included in the treatment fee on most plans we use. If a case needs further refinement beyond that, we'll quote it openly before going ahead.

What about retainers, replacement aligners, and whitening?

Accepted Answer

A set of retainers (one removable, one fixed bonded retainer) is included at the end of treatment. Replacement aligners if you lose a set are quoted at the time. Whitening with custom trays is £464 if you want to combine it with treatment, and we usually fit it into the retainer trays so it's gentler on sensitivity.

Are finance options available?

Yes. We offer interest-free payment plans that spread the cost across the treatment, and longer-term finance is available through a third party. We'll talk you through the options at consultation so you know the monthly figure before you commit.

How is this different from a cheaper provider?

Cheaper aligner offers usually skip the planning steps, shorten the appointment time, or cut what's bundled in. Here you get a full digital scan, a 3D preview before you commit, every fitting and progress visit with the same dentist, and retainers at the end. The fee is for the whole journey, not just the trays.
